Although Lenore Beeson is a native New Yorker who was born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, she has called Moab, Utah home for the past 30 years. Today, Lenore is a dedicated, full-time REALTOR® serving the greater Moab region of southeastern Utah. She is passionate about working hard for her clients, putting their goals and wishes first in order to pair them with the perfect property for their needs. Before moving out west in 1992, Lenore spent her formative years in the burrows of New York City, growing up alongside her three brothers in a sociable and outgoing Italian family.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lenore’s first career was in insurance, working at several State Farm Insurance firms in New York and Florida. When her family made the move to Southern Utah in 1992, Lenore found herself ready for a change and made the decision not to continue her insurance career. She was approached by a local real estate broker the following year with an opportunity to join his firm. She received her Broker’s license in the following years and never looked back, having found her passion as a real estate professional.
In 2015, Lenore joined the newly founded Byrd & Company, a boutique real estate brokerage in Moab. Lenore was one of the original sales agents at Byrd & Co. and would remain there until the beginning of 2022 when the company merged with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Utah’s only brokerage with full time, in-house teams offering professional marketing and advertising services including photography, videography, transaction management and more. This union allowed Lenore and her team to extend their reach on a global level and offer real estate services like no other, providing a luxury real estate experience for every client – regardless of the area, size of home or price point.
Honest communication and integrity are of the utmost importance to Lenore; she describes herself as personable, direct and knowledgeable. As a 30-year resident of southeastern Utah and veteran real estate professional, she knows the Moab market intimately and uses her local expertise to assist her clients in navigating today’s complex and fast-paced real estate market. She puts the needs of her sellers and buyers first and appreciates when clients understand that she always has their best interests at heart. Lenore prides herself on doing a job that she can always be proud of, and is a firm believer in being true to oneself while remembering the motto, ‘what goes around, comes around’.
Lenore finds it incredibly rewarding assisting her clients find the perfect home in Moab, especially those who are first-time home buyers in today’s competitive market. When she’s not working in real estate, Lenore puts her family first, doting on her grandchildren and attending softball tournaments in the Tri-State area for their granddaughter and soccer games to cheer on their grandson. She also loves reading, spending time with her husband and getting out for regular walks to enjoy Utah’s gorgeous, sunny climate.
